The staff at Big John's Furniture Warehouse go above and beyond! I was in the need for a new sofa and due to my work schedule I was only able to arrive to their showroom about 1 minute prior to their closing time. Even though I arrived as they were closing and did not call beforehand, a sales associate was kind enough to work well past their shop hours. Great service and great furniture at Big John's!!!

I went there to pick out a new couch. I was looking for something pretty close to what I needed to replace. Friendly staff (patient too) and they worked within my budget. I would definitely recommend Big John's!

Purchased a new table and chairs at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable on how furniture is made and what makes a piece of quality. I will be back when I need other furniture (sure beats having to travel out of the valley).

Amber was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable, answering all the questions I had. I purchased the furniture I wanted and she was able to have it delivered to me within the next hour! The delivery people were courteous and professional as well. The furniture I bought looks expensive and is so comfortable. Having just moved from a larger city and used to waiting for customer service, I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't be happier and more satisfied from my shopping experience at Big John's. Plus, they have such a large selection. Perfect!
